The first stages being completed of a refurbishment in Allanton.
The 1960’s extension was stripped of the failing felt and formed in fibreglass. The elevations were clad in larch with new uPVC windows. A new functional garage formed to the side of the dwelling. A future sunroom will link the kitchen and living room together allowing for a good flow between the internal living space and garden area.
