This project involved a beautiful new oak framed extension. The Swinton based property covered two existing dwellings converted into one. The property also benefits from a lovely large garden area.
This project marries two dwellings into one, whilst improving the existing layout and improving thermal insulation throughout. The original building was originally 5 cottages, evident by the openings found during construction.
